The day when the Constitution of India came into being. The day’s celebrations at N.B.T.T.C.(New Buddha Teacher Training College) commenced with Flag Hoisting and singing of the National Anthem. This was followed by a speech from our chief-guest and then the distribution of food packets and “Jalebis” among all the attendees. The patriotic fervour among the people helped in bringing the much needed warmth in an otherwise cold January morning.
Every day is a Teacher’s Day and all the time we have is short enough to extend our gratitude towards our Teachers. In tune with this thought, N.B.T.T.C.(New Buddha Teacher Training College) hosted the “ Shikshak Samman Samorah” in February this year, to honour and encourage the Teachers of Vaishali. The event was chaired by quite a few literati along with cultural performances by students. Our honoured guests encouraged our Teachers and emphasised on the important role that they play in shaping the future generations.
Considering the pandemic, Independence Day Celebrations at N.B.T.T.C.(New Buddha Teacher Training College) this year, were a low-key event. Joining hands with us this time were both I.M.C.T.F.(Initiative for Moral and Cultural Training Foundation) BIHAR and Inner Wheel Club, Patliputra, PATNA, for a very noble cause. The tricolour was hoisted along with the singing of the National Anthem. After the Chairperson’s speech, sanitisers and masks were distributed among the children and the needy. In the end, there was the customary distribution of sweet packets among all. The entire event was conducted maintaining proper Social-distancing and COVID-19 protocols like masks and hand gloves.
